Conditions of Contract

The tour client is solely responsible for the motorcycle’s condition. If the motorcycle is damaged, the client must report this to the tour leader as soon as possible. 
 
If the client is involved in an accident involving a third party or property of a third party, it is the responsibility of the client to pay financial compensation to the third party if it is determined that the client was at fault.
 
The client agrees to follow the instructions and advice of the tour leader at all times. If the tour leader deems that the client is a danger to him/herself and/or others on the tour, the tour leader has the authority to terminate the client’s participation in the tour.
 
The client must observe and obey all traffic laws and is solely responsible for any violations or fines incurred.  Confiscation of the vehicle by the authorities will result in the client incurring full cost of replacement, even if legal proceedings are pending.

Conditions of Insurance
 

• The mandatory Tourism Authority of Thailand Insurance covers your medical expenses up to 500,000 THB/person

• In the event of loss of life or limb, the maximum insurance payout is 1,000,000 THB/person

• The insurance doesn’t cover Third Party damage.​

 
Motorcycle Insurance & Damage Excess:

• Honda CB500X - The Insurance covers any damage to the bike in excess of 25,000 THB

• Suzuki DL650 V-strom - The Insurance covers any damage to the bike in excess of 50,000 THB

• Honda Transalp 750 - The Insurance covers any damage to the bike in excess of 100,000 THB

 
Additionally, we strongly recommend you to get adequate travel insurance in advance of your tour.
